Research Philosophy

　With the research philosophy, “Designing a Bright Future Society Where Human Beings and Technologies Coexist,” ITEC aims to become the world’s leading lab in artificial intelligence and experimental social science.
　Specifically, we will explore how new technologies will affect human psychology and society, which is the product of psychological interactions among its members, based on the methodologies of experimental social science and future design research, whose future-oriented vision has drawn increasing academic attention in recent years.
　We will also continue to serve as a platform to integrate natural, engineering and social sciences, and engage in research activities to contribute to the development of industries and the growth of the global economy, while exploring the opportunities to work in collaboration with businesses and governmental agencies.
